Adult Mixed Sambo
This class is open to all adults and offers instruction in the Ultimate Sambo Curriculum; areas of training include throws, takedowns, submission grappling, punching, kicking and self defense against deadly weapons. The last portion of every class is considered “open mat” time in which students may grapple or work on technique.
